America’s underground water infrastructure has entered the replacement era. With more than 800,000 miles of public sewer mains nationwide and renewal rates that continue to lag system deterioration, municipalities are facing a growing backlog of critical repairs.
At the same time, regulatory mandates, MS4 stormwater requirements, and formalized asset management programs are transforming what was once reactive maintenance into recurring, compliance-driven spending.
Within this landscape, we are focused on three core service areas:
Inspection & Data-Driven Asset Management
CCTV inspection, digital mapping, and coding that support proactive management of system health.
Cleaning & Preparation Services
Jetting, hydro-excavation, and route-based maintenance programs that support ongoing system performance.
Trenchless Rehabilitation
CIPP lining, grouting, manhole rehabilitation, and related technologies that extend asset life at materially lower cost and disruption than traditional open-cut replacement.
We are seeing a continued shift toward trenchless technologies, multi-year MSAs/IDIQ contracts, and integrated service models, all of which enhance responsiveness and accountability for municipal partners.
The market remains highly fragmented at the regional level, where trusted local operators play critical roles in their communities. We are focused on partnering with these businesses -- preserving their local relationships and culture while providing institutional resources, technology enablement, and strategic M&A.
